Gender and GBVH

  • Mozambique: Livelihood restoration and gender consultancy for a solar project, with a focus on monitoring and evaluation of economically displaced people.


  • Burkina Faso: Development and implementation of a Gender Action Plan for an infrastructure project.

Human Rights Impact Assessments (HRIA)

  • Tanzania: Consultancy on social, gender and resettlement aspects for the SGR railway project, including a gap analysis and finalization of the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and Resettlement Action Plan (RAP).


  • Brazil: Review of Human Rights Maturity Assessments and Human Rights Impact Assessments for a project in the industrial sector.

Social Impact Assessments and Gender Assessments

  • Uganda: Social and Gender Impact Assessment for an infrastructure project, including an analysis of land availability and economic displacement.


  • Argentina: Development of an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and Stakeholder Engagement Plan for an energy project.

Land Access and Resettlement

  • Zambia: Land Access, Gender and Resettlement consultancy for a national power transmission line rehabilitation project, including development and management of Resettlement Action Plan (RCAP) and monitoring visits.


  • Mexico: Management of Land Access projects with a gender perspective, including field work and community consultations.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Spain: Development of communication plans and engagement strategies for an infrastructure project in collaboration with local communities.


  • France: Stakeholder Engagement Consultancy for an urban development project, ensuring the inclusion of all voices in the process.

Social and Gender Due Diligence

  • Cape Verde: Environmental and Social Due Diligence (ESDD) consultancy, including climate change, gender and livelihood restoration aspects.


  • WWF: Development of a gap analysis and strategy for WWF Standards, aligned with World Bank Standards.

Livelihood Restoration and Community Initiatives

  • Mozambique: Review of a Solar Project Livelihood Restoration Plan, ensuring sustainability and gender equity in the economic recovery of affected communities.


  • Albania: Preparation and implementation of a Livelihood Restoration Framework and Plan for an infrastructure project, with a focus on community participation.

Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)

  • Indonesia: Development of Monitoring and Evaluation tools for a national park, including training on livelihoods and gender.


  • Zambia: Monitoring and Evaluation consultancy for a national power transmission line rehabilitation project, including field visits and development of monitoring systems.

Capacity Building Programs

  • Equatorial Guinea: Development and presentation of training modules on baseline data collection tools for a confidential project.
